Orders can be place via the telephone or by our email.
Steps to ordering
Peruse- Search our product price list or website pages to discover the many delights available at our store. If there is something you require that is not on the list, please contact one of our helpful butchers and we may be able to get it in for you.
Order-Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email. If placing by email or fax...good to check your order was received.
Timing- Please give 24 hours notice for all orders. Two days notice is needed if you require your order to be frozen.
Provide- Your details; name, contact phone number, date to be picked up and items chosen
The finer details- How you would like them packed? e.g For two or 1/2 kilo lots. Frozen or fresh.
Got any queries - Best to give us a call and talk to one of our qualified butchers. We can help you with portion sizes, quantities for functions, best cuts for your dish.
Bulk or large orders- Larger orders attract a discount price on many items. So check with us. If needed we can supply a quote on large orders.
Payment- Please provide payment on pick up or before being dispatched for freight. Payment can be made by credit card, EFTPOS or cash. Sorry we do not accept cheques.

Family Packs are also available. A 24-hour notice is required.
